What can I cook for dinner that includes minced beef?

use any veg you like. use 1 fry pan to cook the mince with chopped up onion, tomato & mushroom. use 2nd fry pan to cook a batter mix to make a pancake. when al cooked wrap mince etc in pancake & serve with the veg.
