Starbucks Coffee-Free Frappucinos: If ordered soy and with no whip, are they vegan?

I donno, I hardly go to Starbucks, and when I did, I was Vegetarian, so I just got the tall vanilla bean latte. With whip cream.. but I'd like to know that, too. :) And can you put caramel in them and stuff like that? 0:
