Will i get toned and loose fat?

k so im a girl, im 15 and ill be a sophmore this year and its the first year i plan to run track so im rlly trying to train myself over the course of the summer b4 school starts. im about 115 lbs and 5'2. im not fat, but i have fat on areas of my body i would like to loose so they can look much more toned. im just switched form being a vegetarian to a vegan, and i always try my best to eat healthy and since im a vegan ive pretty much cut out anything like cake, cookies, french fries, and icecream. i can only eat vegan sweets (which my mom doesnt want to waste money on of course, even tho she will buy tons of cookies and stuff for my non-vegan siblings...) anywho, since ive started running every night ive gotten awesome results. i fit into my clothes looser and i have pretty much lost the "lovehandles" id suppose you would call them, so my stomach is alot flatter, tonight i ran about 3 miles in about 30 min accourding to my pedometer and i burned 265 calories. im wondering if i should run longer then 35 minutes, and by running i mean sprinting cuz im a fast runner and i dont like jogging cuz i dont get as much out of it, but *TO GET TO THE POINT* all u runners do you think this is enough for trying to prepare myself for being on the track team? i also play tennis and i take tennis lessions 3 or 4 times a week and i start tennis team practicing august 1st for my school. my school doesnt have track until spring so i guess i have alot of time but still...running is also improving my tennis performance. how long do ppl usually run for? i usually start running around 8:30 or start at 9 oclock at the latest. so i cant run forl iek 2 hourse or i would be running at until like 11 at nite. i run so late cuz where i live it is supppeerr hot during the summer and at night the coolest you can get is like 80 degrees. so ya.sorry this is like a novel, i didnt plan on writing so much.BUT THX! GIVE GOOD ANSWERS AND ILL GIVE "BEST ANSWER" OR WHATEVER! :)
