Which multimedia phone is best for me?

I wan't to buy a multimedia phone in india my budget is 25000 rupees. I think about nokia n8 /samsung galaxy s1 but i can't understand which one is better multimedia phone. Please suggest me. And tell me also other greate phone(may i don't know about then) under this price
