What is the CA Penal code for threat of aggravated assault?

I've tried looking through the CA penal code site and got really confused on how to find exactly what im looking for. This report im doing is to try to find the crimes that occur and their penal codes. Well in the first part, Subject1 (S1) had leased a walking cane to look like a "boss" in his rough neighborhood. (like to make him look cool and tough i guess) Any who, S1 demands that a competitor on the street (another wannabee cool tough guy and also Victim 1-V1) turn over a fancy hat that V1 has(valued at $955) that S1 sworn was his. V1 was frightened by S1 and how he demanded the hat so he ran away and later mailed the hat to S1. V1 was afraid that S1 would track him down and hurt him if he didn't give him the hat...(i know weird scenario but thats what my teacher assigned) i'm assuming that the way s1 approached v1 was in a threatening way so i need to figure out what exact CA penal code is for like a threat of aggravated assault.
