Please Help!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I am going into 8th grade next year, and I need to get into a sleeping pattern. I plan to go to bed at 9:30 in the summer and 8:30 in school nights. I have to wake up at four every morning and follow a strict health schedule, because I want to drop about 40 lbs before school starts. I am a vegan and I am trying to go raw. I need help on how to go to sleep, because I cant sleep very easy. And I am planning to exersize at least 2 hours every day. How can I get into this habit? Please no mean comments, and I am not trying to go anorexic, I weight 164 lbs and I am not comfortable about it. Ps. I need cold to sleep, but my fan isnt helping
