Military Pay Is Late !!!!?

I need some help for anyone been through this since April 14th my husband who is in the marine corps is reserve right now was active went to change his mos and went to school for a month and half his orders were messed up etc his became active for that time well we havent seen but 600 of the thousands they owe us and bills are starting to pile on I ebay bc i have medical problems but I do best work has hard has i can but saving wise we werent prepared when he couldnt reenlist due to them down sizing and his old mos being full..I have called S1 they have lied and given me wrong dates sand my husband they keep lying and telling me that someone sat on the paper and mon we should get it then thurday and so on..We havent received anything since april 14 he is due to drop to the IRR and switch the other unit here they are offering a one year contract....please if any military has any advice I would appreciate it we are on the verge of losing everything...
