Is it normal to be hungry all the time im on my diet?
Okay so i started a new diet i've been on it for like four days, its an all organic diet with vegan, vegetarian recipes and all lean meat and salmon no preservatives, soda, sugar, lots of protein I tend to workout alot more than usual and i feel hungry all the time i'm trying to loose like 5 pounds and im planning to use this as a life style... all organic food and lean meats and protein.. but if im still hungry all the time should i continue eating or to satisfy it? or not..? I use to never be hungry before i started the diet now im like hungry all the time! lol
