Im not getting payed still?

Hi. Does anyone know how long it takes to get paid for a dlpt? I took a language test since last january and got a 3/3 score which is a 300$ extra a month but its almost July now and i still havent received any. Who should i ask about this? And yes i processed the papers with our S1 shop and from there i dnt know where it went.
