I need a very easy recipe!!!?

A very nice Spanish girl whose mom was from Barcelona made me a tortilla, which in the original Spanish recipe is an omelet made with eggs, potatoes and onions. You're on your own with the translation, but you basically chop up the potato and onion and saute you some home fries, whip up some eggs with a bit of water or milk to make them puff up for your omelet, then fold the home fries into your omelet and you have a basic tortilla.
