I AM 45 YEAR OLD. DOCTORS HAVE TOLD ME THERE IS DESTRUCTIN AND EROSION OF MY BONE.?

if it is TB for sure, you should be ok. with such limited knowledge of you overall condition, you must rule out metastatic bone disease.
